1. Smile Always          : when you smile it will wash away your problems smile as often as you can .

2. Forget and Forgive: To forgive is act of divinity and keep on doing this even though you have to do it for the rest of you. it's worth it !

3. Love comes first    :there should be a genuine love in your heart. your own spouse is your immediate neighbor. so love your spouse first.

4. Observe Silence     :When you leave home for work in the morning ensure that you are in your best behavior. if anyone of you challenged , you can always say " we will talk this in the
evening".

5. Be Cool Always      : try to be as cool as possible mainly in the early morning as most of the problems will start in this period.

6. Ask                       : Once you got back home take interest and ask your partner " how was your day ". You must show a genuine interest and do it with a smile.

7. Listen                   : Always listen to your spouse attentively. Never ignore even when your spouse called to your office , be polite in spite of your busy schedule.

8. Compliment           : Always give some genuine compliments whenever you can. Make use of "Thank You ", "well done ", and "i'm sorry" as frequently as you can . Be generous in your compliments.

9.Don't compare         : Do not compare . No one is 100% perfect or 100% imperfect. Always look at the good qualities of your spouse.

  1. Conflicts arise and sometimes go unresolved. Tensions build. Commitments weaken. Mutual respect isn't always present. And, unconditional love and acceptance do not always last.
